Chloe holds a Masters in Drawing from Wimbledon School of Art and teaches Foundation students how to constantly push their concepts of drawing. What does it mean to make a mark? How do we define lines on a surface? What are the politics of the image? Townsend’s article centers upon drawing as a physical means of communication and references Chloe’s work both as an artist and as a teacher.
