With this addition, students of Paris College of Art (PCA) can look forward to having designated eating areas, out-of-class workspace, and greater access to computer labs. Both faculty and students will benefit from improved classroom facilities and the teaching staff will gain faculty lounge areas and workspace.
All will enjoy the neighborhood of the PCA Design Center, with its easy access to the textile stores of Montmartre, one of the city's best photo service stores, Négatif +, just 170 meters from the front door, theaters, performing arts studios, and the offices of many creative agencies as well as many great cafés and restaurants nearby.
The historic Parsons Paris rue Letellier building will become PCA Studios hosting a 3D laboratory, studio classes as well as art studios for senior students.

The PCA Design Center, located in the 10th arrondisement, will reunite all the academic departments under one roof. With an additional 2,550 fully air-conditioned square meters the facilities will include: an amphitheater able to seat 200, a new gallery space, student and faculty social spaces, a private landscaped courtyard, and many new light and airy classrooms with amazing views of Montmartre.
