Joivy Asnières Coliving
Joivy Coliving is an exciting new residence, nestled in a vibrant and charming neighborhood, it boasts proximity to all essential amenities such as grocery stores, cafes/restaurants, and pharmacies, all within a mere 2-minute stroll from the Bois-Colombes train station.
This facility offers choices between co-living apartments featuring fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, and communal living spaces, in which you can choose a room with either a private or shared bathroom. Alternatively, for friends or siblings attending courses together, double-occupancy rooms with their own bathroom are also available.
All residents enjoy amenities such as a spacious rooftop garden with lounge areas, a yoga room, laundry facilities, and a bike storage garage.
Currently, commuting from Bois-Colombes to PCA at 241 Boulevard Pereire typically ranges between 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the time of day.
Booking and Paying for your Housing
Book and pay for the your housing via the Summer Registration Form. In that form, after you have selected your course(s), you will be prompted to select the housing option of your choice. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Housing reservations are expected to close in April, but inquiries can be made after course registration. For Minors
Students under the age of 18 will be under the supervision of an onsite Resident Assistant, on duty from 6 pm to 9 am. The RA will be available to answer questions, help orient students to the neighborhood, and to check students in by the midnight curfew.
