Thomas made a promise to his dying sister. To make a movie based on all the video archives she made during her fight against illness. A documentary about love and resiliency.
Laurène, 22, leaves behind an image of a thirst for life brimming over despite her illness, as well as dozens of hours of videos she had shot to share her story. No one has ever seen her footage, and they promised to make a film about it with her twin brother. Following in his sister’s footsteps, Thomas decides to question his own memory and that of his family, and to fulfill his promise.
