Blurring the Lines goes to the Biennale Art Venise 2019

“Blurring the Lines,” promoted by the Paris College of Art and Chair of Photography, Klaus Fruchtnis, is a call that aims to involve a network of international academies and institutes of art in enhancing and rewarding graduate thesis works all over the world. In its third edition, in 2018, we were thrilled to have 17 institutions working with us.

We also counted with the kind support of FujiFilm Italy, Faservice and Urbanautica, and published the first project catalogue that is available online. After successfully managed to show the selected works at fotofever and Espace F15 in Paris, and at HKU University of the Arts in Utrecht, The Netherlands, we are happy to bring our result to Venice. For the entire period of the Biennale a special installation of the “Blurring the Lines” will be hosted by European Cultural Centre, at Palazzo Mora (Strada Nova, 3659, 30121 Venezia VE).

The installation is curated by PCA’s adjunct faculty member Steve Bisson.
