Peter Flynn

Senior Scholar-in-Residence at Emerson College

Peter Flynn teaches film history and media production at Emerson College. He is an award-winning documentary filmmaker whose films have screened at many international film festivals and have been broadcast on television stations around the world.  His most recent film, THE DYING OF THE LIGHT, was released theatrically in the US in 2016. Peter was born in Dublin, Ireland and earned his PhD from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
