MSc in Management specialized in Social Business at ESSEC Business School (2013). Master of Finance at University Paris Dauphine (2010)

Experience
Xavier is both French and Polish. After working in investment banks for several years, he felt that something important was missing for him at work. This is why he co-created a small NGO to help social entrepreneurs involved with organic waste upcycling around Asia and Madagascar by providing them with free consulting. It allowed him to travel the world and discover many cultures. When he came back to France, he worked for various social start-ups and discovered that there were many innovative and decentralized ways to make decisions and regulate conflicts other than having the higher levels of management take care of them. He initiated a journey to understand what fosters engagement and helps to maintain fruitful relationships at work. This is why he got trained in Non-Violent Communication, became a Coach and a Mediator.

He was in charge of coordinating the governance of a decentralized organization called makesense and composed of 100 people around the world. He has been consulting and designing training for organizations and postgraduate students on those topics since then.
