Fashion Values is a sustainability education programme developed by Centre for Sustainable Fashion in collaboration with Kering, IBM and Vogue Business.

Namrata Tiwari (MDES class of ’20) is among the 8 finalists for the 2021 Fashion Values Challenge, which is part of a sustainability education programme developed by Center for Sustainable Fashion (UAL, London) in collaboration with Kering, IBM and Vogue Business. As a shortlisted finalist she pitched her business model at the 2021 Fashion Values Roundtable to the industry experts and the core partners. This is important recognition of her label It’s all Folk, which promotes traditional craftsmanship through contemporary designs. It’s all Folk is currently working to revive the traditional Yak wool practices of the nomadic Brokpas in Northeast India to create a local, fiber to closet, Yak economy.
