Excellence at PCA

Do you know a student who has gone above and beyond to serve the PCA community?

This prestigious award recognizes currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to improving the college experience for their peers and the broader community.

Qualities of Ideal Candidates

• Dedication to volunteer service within the college (e.g., student organizations, committees, mentoring programs).
• Leadership and initiative in creating positive change on campus.
• Positive impact on the lives of fellow students, faculty, and/or staff.

Prize

The PCA Student Service Award recipients will receive a paper award and a 100€ gift certificate.

Nomination Process

Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to nominate a student who embodies the spirit of service and has made a lasting difference at PCA. A committee will review all nominations and select the award recipients. The recipients will be notified by April 30, 2026 and recognized at the Certificate Ceremony on May 5, 2026.

Nominations must be submitted by April 27, 2026. A committee will review all nominations and select the award recipients. The recipients will be notified by April 30 and recognized at the Certificate Ceremony on May 5, 2026.

This annual award recognizes faculty members who consistently demonstrate exceptional teaching practices and a profound commitment to student learning.

The Provost Award for Excellence in Teaching recipients will receive written recognition and will be honored at the Certificate Ceremony on May 5, 2026.

Do you know a member of staff who has demonstrated exceptional service and commitment to the PCA community? 

This prestigious award recognizes current employees who work in any office and have demonstrated exceptional commitment outside of teaching to improve the experience of students and other members of the PCA community.

• Dedication to providing optimal experiences at PCA  
• Leadership and initiative in creating positive change on campus. 
• Positive impact on the lives of fellow students, faculty, and/or staff. 

Prize 

The PCA Staff Spotlight Award recipient will receive written recognition and will be honored at the commencement ceremony.
