Annika Baudry

In September 2004, Annika Baudry opened her bookbinding studio in the center of Paris. Annika, who is Swedish, is a graduate from Parsons School of Design in New York in Communication Design. It was also in New York, at Center for Book Arts, that she started to create limited edition books at the same time as she was employed at a graphic design studio. When she arrived in Paris a few years later, she studied at the Centre des Arts du Livre, l’UCAD, to deepen her bookbinding skills. The ancient bookbinding handcraft is here practiced with artistic sensibility and contemporary design techniques. Annika has exposed at several national and international exhibitions.
