Simon Drouard is a Pedagogy Program Manager.

Education
MBA in Music Business from ESG, France (2016); University of Michigan, USA, research experience in aeronautical engineering (2015); MSc in Engineering from ICAM, France, (2015).

Experience
Working at makesense for 5 years now, Simon first joined the media team in order to organise “makesense room”: an original format blending live art performance and talks about social entrepreneurship. Among other, he worked on an international citizen mobilisation during the beginning of the refugee crises and was part of the core team of the makesense festival in Paris in 2018 (1 day and 1 night of talks, workshops, and music about global causes).

Two years ago, he joined the incubator’s emergence programs where he designed, organised and facilitated several workshops and events based on collective intelligence and design thinking methodology. Passionate about this approach, he developed his own style and expertise by leading many projects with very different types of public, from young students to big companies’ members via people away from employment.
