Adjunct Faculty at PCA
After earning his B.A. at the University of Bucharest, Dan spent his graduate studies at Central European University where he obtained his M.A. in Comparative History. Trained as a social historian, his research also brought him to Zagreb, New York, Bucharest, Prague, or Paris where he became familiar with different types of archives: economic archives, visual materials, oral testimonies, etc. Drawing on this archival experience, he is now working as a research consultant for a variety of film projects.
Dan is currently teaching the Project Research Seminar for the Film Art Department.
