Intellectual Property and Distribution law: Extensive practical experience in protecting, valorisation and defence of intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, designs and patents), in particular in the fields of fashion,  design and creative activities (web, advertisement, photographs) ; legal counsel for negotiating and licensing rights ; rights clearance ; litigation (infringement, nullity, invalidity actions) and prosecution.
