New Student Exchange Partnership with London College of Communication
The PCA Design Management department is excited to announce our new student exchange partnership with the Design Management and Cultures department of the London College of Communication (LCC),University of the Arts London (UAL).
Starting from the 2017 spring semester, every year, two students from each school will have the opportunity to participate in the exchange program.
LCC students will have the opportunity to experience the vibrant Parisian cultural scene, take part in the transdisciplinary PCA Design Management program as well as benefit from PCA’s unique multicultural and inspirational environment.
Inversely, PCA students will experience the stimulating London cultural scene, take part in the LCC Design Management and Cultures program as well as be immersed in the LCC and UAL diverse and dynamic community.
The preparation of this partnership, initiated in the fall of 2015, included a visit of PCA led by Maureen Salmon, the course co-leader of the program at LCC. LCC and PCA students and faculty were able to network and attend a conference on “The 10 Rules of a Luxury Brand” led by Donald Potard, ex-CEO of Jean-Paul Gauthier and Chair of Fashion Design at PCA. They also participated in an International Business class taught by Karina Jensen a member of the Design Management Faculty. You can read about the study trip on LCC’s blog here.
