Tsumori Chisato to Partner with PCA Fashion Film & Photography Program

Tsumori Chisato and the Fashion Film & Photography program of Paris College of Art are pleased to announce their new partnership.

As a child, Tsumori Chisato dreamed of becoming a mangaka — a manga artist — and after the creation of her fashion brand, the Japanese designer brought her dream to life through the graphic narrative that animates her collections. Each season, Tsumori Chisato’s storytelling is expressed through rich illustrations that breathe life into her fashion collection.

Finding inspiration in pictorial art and her numerous travels around the world, her artful mix of luxurious fabrics, rich details, illustrated whimsy and designs add to the elegance of her dreamy silhouettes and to her ability to infuse daily life with lightness and creativity.

In this partnership, Tsumori Chisato shared her journey and vision with Paris College of Art students who interpreted her creations through the media of photography and video.
