Art and Design RE-Search Surgery at Paris College of Art Workshop
Chris Roberts, Program Director for the Foundation Diploma in Art and Design at Central Saint Martins is hosting a workshop at PCA about the research process in art and design.
This Erasmus funded workshop will introduce research concepts and methodologies in relation to development of ideas and concepts in art and design practice. Regardless of specialism research strategies and the underpinning of practical work with in depth understanding of context in relation to current practice as well as external social, political and cultural experience is vital.
Through a series of structured task, activities, discussions/tutorials and visits you will be invited to develop you awareness of the importance of research based practice in these one-off workshops led by Chris Roberts.

What you should bring:
A notebook or sketchbook with some current ideas or work in progress.
A camera or phone with a camera.
Pen, pencil, something to write with.
Masking Tape or similar.
