Admissions Inbox Assistantship

Description:

The Admissions team is looking for a CAP student to help manage the high volume of messages in our Admissions Inbox (admissions@paris.edu).

  • Respond to emails from prospective students with accurate and friendly information about PCA’s programs, tuition, application process, and student life.
  • Initial training and email templates will be provided.

Experience, competencies and skills to be gained:

  • General admin experience
  • Written communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence using professional email

Approximate hours per week: Number of hours to be discussed with the supervisor (minimum 2 hours per week). This position offers a flexible weekly schedule to be determined with the supervisor. The student can work remotely after initial training period.
