Description:
- Student and staff accompaniment on PCA printers on the ground floor, notably the Konica Minolta press in the lab.
- Helping staff and students get the most out of the material while making sure that users do not try to diagnose or fix problems on their own.
- Liaising with IT staff on campus and other staff as necessary.
