Exhibition -ONE AND ANOTHER- at Espacio El Dorado

MA/MFA faculty in Photography and Image-making Rodrigo Orrantia, works with Fotomeraki on the final edit for the screening room of the “Una y Otra” (One and Another) exhibition.

Opening next Saturday April 22nd at Espacio El Dorado in Bogota, the exhibition features contemporary and historical work by women photographers: Olivia Arthur, Katya Anchevskaya, Briony Campbell, Carlotta Cardana, Ania Dabrowska, Lydia Goldblatt, Naomi Harris, Laura Hynd, Miho Kkaajjiiookkaa, Maria Kapajeva, Laura Pannack and Jennifer Pattison.

This exhibition emphasizes the feminine identity that communicates to the outside by means of visual codes. This physical construction of identity aims to define a new individuality: recognizing oneself as being “one”, requires the need to separate oneself from the “another”.
