Experience Design Students Present at Steelcase Headquarters

This semester, Design Management students in Romaric Le Tiec’s Experience Design class are working with Steelcase, the global leader in office furniture, interior architecture and space solutions, to transform the client experience of Steelcase’s Eco’Services furniture recovery program.

Last Friday, students presented their initial findings to members of Steelcase’s Eco’Services team and to department chair Yasmine Abbas at the Steelcase Worklife Center, the company’s Paris headquarters. Students worked in groups to conduct client interviews and identify key pain points and opportunities in the furniture recovery process.

Students will then work closely with Steelcase on concept design development and user testing scenarios, notably during an interactive workshop on design thinking and storytelling experience led by Steelcase experts as part of PCA Workshop Week in April.
