2025 End-of-Year Play: The Constable

poster_theatre

Students from the Theatre from Text to Stage class will present The Constable, an original PCA performance, directed by Emma Vissicchio and produced by Drew Eisenhauer.

The Constable with apologies to Jean Genet is an absurdist murder mystery which is neither about murder nor is it a mystery, and it is not about the goose, Queen Henrietta, but rather the strange day of a Constable, who, no matter where he goes, is always stepped on and talked over. While dealing with a variety of strange problems and being constantly haunted by an unseen goose, the constable asks themselves, is it possible to be a side character in your own play?

Don’t miss out, there will only be two performances!
