Scholarship for Visual Artists and Musicians

The Fondation des Etats-Unis is currently accepting applications for its annual Harriet Hale Woolley Scholarship. Eligible candidates are graduate and post-graduate visual artists and musicians of exceptional talent who wish to pursue advanced artistic studies in Paris, France during the upcoming academic year.

 

The deadline for all application materials is January 31st of the current academic year. Full details can be found here.

Harriet Hale Woolley Scholarship:

The Harriet Hale Woolley Scholarship is a private grant awarded under the auspices of the Fondation des Etats-Unis. It offers its winners numerous advantages, including:

– A 10,000 € stipend (may vary subject to fund earnings) for the upcoming academic year

– A rent-controlled live-in artist atelier or music studio at the Fondation des Etats-Unis

– Access to on-site performance and exhibition facilities, including a private art gallery and a historically significant concert hall.

Fulbright-Harriet Hale Woolley Scholarship:

Since last year, the FEU also has a new partnership with the Fulbright program. The deadline for this scholarship is October 13th, 2020. It is not possible to apply for both the HHW and the Fulbright-HHW.
