"The Self and The Other" Showcases the works of BA, MA, Ph.D. and alumni of universities, film schools and educational programs from around the world that teach the moving image as an art form.
This year’s ISMIS (International Student Moving Image Showcase) The Self and The Other, examines the many types of self-representation that are available to us today, exploring the meanings and politics of self-representation through the use of moving images in our contemporary context.
The Self and The Other, is a unique opportunity to engage with an international network of young artists and gain a deeper understanding of the current pedagogic approach to the moving image in relevant schools around the world.
