Art as a discipline has incredible power for social change. For MDES (Master in Design For Social Impact) students ‘Art can empower a natural emotional response. It frees us from feeling small and limited. We are no longer a small dot in a wide expanse of nothing, we are glowing hearts shining a collective light on things that actually matter.Art becomes a key to our collective psychological resilience’.
So they decided to have an artist meet-up about it. Both students and professional artists will be showcased through an ’emerging artist exhibition’, a co-creative workshop, inspiring talks and an engaging dialogue.
