Bienvenue à Paris!

We are looking forward to welcoming you in Paris very soon. There are a few items of business we need to address before you get here; please follow the instructions below so we have all we need from you to start the year right.

You will also find below downloads of the Orientation schedule as well as useful guides for preparing your move to Paris.

What We Need from You

Materials to Submit

Following is a list of forms and documents we need from you to get ready for the year ahead.

  • Copy of your Passport (required for all)
  • Copy of your Visa (if applicable)
  • ID Photo – so we can make your student card!
  • Birth certificate – translated into French (unless it is in English or Spanish). You can find many good online translators.
  • Signed Terms and Conditions (download below)
  • Signed Estudines Housing License (download below)
  • Complete Health History and Emergency Form (download below)

Document Submission Form

Please collect all of the materials and submit them to us via the Student Information Form.

It is recommended to collect all materials and submit at once rather than submitting multiple forms.

Arriving from the Airport

Group Flight on August 21st

When you arrive in Paris on the group flight there will be a shuttle bus for the group to go to Estudines.

However, you may want to know how to get into Paris from the airport for your family and friends. Please feel free to share this information.

Public Transportation & Taxi Services

If you would like to use public transportation or a taxi to come to Paris from the airport, please download these resources:

Taking a taxi or car service from the airport easy. There are taxi stands outside of each terminal and you just cue up for a taxi. You can also use Uber in Paris. Book your Uber when you are collecting your bags and follow the instructions about where to meet.

Shuttle Services

It is also possible to reserve a shuttle service from the airport. You can make an online reservation with:

  • Parishuttle

A shuttle from the airport to your final destination is approximately 25 € per person, payable upon arrival in cash euros, or with credit card. Other customers may be in the car as well.
You can also reserve a “private transfer” with them where a uniformed driver would be waiting for you at the airport with a welcome sign bearing your name. More information and the online reservation service is available at www.parishuttle.com in English as well.

  • Blue Airport Shuttle Paris

This is another shuttle service into Paris that offers the option of a private transfer, also at 60 euros for a one-way reservation. More information is available at www.paris-blue-airport-shuttle.fr
