PCA Faculty Member Marcelline Delbecq to Participte in Literary Events in New York
Performing Language, a special literary event featuring PCA Faulty member Marcelline Delbecq along with Erica Baum and Kenneth Goldsmith, will take place this month at Albertine bookshop in New York. Delbecq’s work Poudre aux yeux, alibi (Smoke and Mirrors, Alibi) will tell a subjective history of photography, following the tempo of a carousel projecting an imageless slide show.

This event will be followed by a Contemporary Artists’ Books conference, a lecture, a talk, and a live reading on and around the photo-mechanical image. This conference will be held at MoMA on September 17th. This session will be hosted by Marcelline Delbecq, David Levine and Jenny Perlin and will be moderated by Beatrice Gross.
