The Body: an Exhibition of Work Created by the PCA Community

Michael Daks, Photographer, Director and PCA faculty, invited the whole PCA community, students, staff and faculty, to submit art works on the theme “The Body” for an exhibition, which will be held in our gallery starting November 26.

Daks is familiar with the topic, which he explored in his book Just Good Friends, released in 2012. The cover image of his book of nudes was featured in the Sunday Times magazine ‘best of world photography’ section the same year.

Join us for the opening of the show on November 26 and discover the selection of works coming together to create The Body.

Participants included Maggie Fisher, American photographer; Karel Steiner, born in Prague, opened his first studio in New York and currently living in Paris; Claire Johnson, American student in Interior Architecture in Paris; Karma Spies, student in Photography and French at PCA, freelance photographer and graphic designer; Ed Alcock, British Photographer living in Paris; Jaidene Veda, Canadian Singer, Songwriter, Producer & Filmmaker, also student in Photography at PCA; Keegan Keene, American photographer, student in Photography at PCA; Marie Breton, French photographer based in Paris, works in various mediums such as drawing, writing and photography.
