Description:
The Admissions office is looking for a candidate to provide weekly tours around campus to visitors and prospective students. Applicant must be comfortable talking to the public.
- Provide weekly campus tours for visitors to PCA.
- Prepare the packets to be used for the tours.
- General admin duties, which could include email liaison with prospective students and inquiries.
- Occasional tours for PCA guests and during Open House.
Experience, competencies and skills to be gained:
- General admin experience.
- Working with the public/customer service.
Approximate hours per week: Number of hours to be discussed with the supervisor. There are 2 tours per week. Campus tour training will be provided. Fixed weekly schedule to be determined once the candidate finalizes their class schedule.
