Pride 2018: Don't Miss the Parade and After Pride Festivities!
Every year, the festive and powerful Pride Parade hosts a national event to combat homophobia and to advocate LGBTQ pride! Don’t miss this festive event planned on Saturday June 30, 2018.
Created in 2001, more than half a million people gather each year in the streets of Paris for the event. LGBTQ Pride events are one of a kind: it’s a huge festivity with one simple goal: spreading equality and respect.
The meeting time and point is at 2pm at Place de la Concorde, near Assemblée Nationale. The parade route then winds its way through the historic heart of Paris, passing in front of the Musée du Louvre, turning along Rue de Rivoli to Boulevard Sébastopol then through the central district of Châtelet-les-Halles. After travelling along Boulevard Saint-Martin, it will reach Place de la République around 5pm where there will be concerts at the grand podium until 10pm.
