The 2nd edition of the Documentary Photography Prize is Open for Entries!
The FIDAL Photo initiative aims to help photographers boost their career and give resonance to their work at a time when it is not easy to stand out. FIDAL is launching its 2nd edition of the Documentary Photography Prize and is looking for young talent!
The winner will be awarded a grant of € 20,000 and legal aid in order to carry out their work within a two-year period which will lead to an exhibition. The result will be highlighted in the lifestyle magazine Fisheye, partner of FIDAL Photo.
This prize is open to all photographers who justify significant achievements in the documentary field. Five finalists will be subsequently auditioned by a jury, composed of photo professionals and FIDAL members, who will then select a winner.
To participate, simply upload a zip file containing:
- A presentation of the project you wish to carry out with this scholarship (2 pages maximum in PDF format)
- A short text presenting yourself;
- A link to your portfolio.
The deadline to submit your work is June 12, so hurry up!
