If you get a membership (8€ a month for students), you can go in and get waxed, haired and nailed whenever you want without getting an appointment, for 4€50. See website for their numerous locations and student offers.
This store only sells cruelty-free cosmetics. Of course it is a bit pricier than other alternatives but that’s the price you pay if you don’t want to feel like you’re lathering your face with Curious George’s blood.
Mademoiselle Bio sells all kinds of organic beauty products and cosmetics, and all their in-store assistants are certified beauticians.
GETTING A HAIRCUT
If you want to get a haircut in Paris and you have no idea where to go on a student budget, don’t hesitate to check out hairdressing schools. Students give you a haircut for less than 10€ and in the most prestigious schools, you can definitely trust them. All you need to do is get an appointment with one of them. Or, you can email them with your contact information and a photo to arrange a session.
