This edition of Paris-Pas-Cher brings you a selection of cheap restaurants (less than 10€ for a set menu) for lunch or dinner!

Application MealPal

Firstly, Paris-Pas-Cher wants to introduce you to an application that allows you to have cheap lunches in different restaurants for a month! MealPal, a monthly lunch subscription service launched in New York City on March 2016 is now available in France! 2 packages are offered: 12 or 20 dishes from Monday to Friday over 30 days, corresponding to around 6.49€ or 5.99€ per dish. Mealpal offers filters for options: vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, small or large portion, as well as gourmet dishes, dietary, light, or hearty.

Le Pavillon des Canaux

If you do not know this house along the Ourcq canal, now is the time to go! Whether for a meal on the terrace overlooking the canal or the bohemian interior of the house, you won’t be disappointed: large tables available for a big group, plush sofas for a cozier gang. Dishes start from 7€!

This Mexican canteen is the perfect spot for tasting quesadillas, burritos, tacos, and other specialties. The set menu of 3 tacos and 1 drink costs 10€!

In this Chinese restaurant, everything is 100% homemade, even the noodles! All-you-can-eat lunch menu is 10€, while dinner is 12€.

Péniche Antipode

Docked all year round at the Bassin de la Villette, Péniche Antipode boat offers many events (shows, concerts, festivals) within the framework of Paris Plages, which takes place this summer from Saturday, July 7 to Sunday, September 2. Péniche Antipode also offers cheap lunches and dinners! The set menu of soup and tostada coasts 7€!

This Thai restaurant has 2 addresses in Paris and offers various exotic dishes, like chicken marinated in coconut milk, slow cooked lamb shoulder with fresh homemade curry paste, norwegian salmon with southern Thai curry, fried basil leaf and minced lemon leaf served with small Thai eggplants.
Set meal with a big salad or assortment of 3 salads + rice + drink: 10€ for lunch, 10€ for dinner without drink. Hot dish + rice: 12€

Les Fondus de La Raclette

Save this address for winter! Raclette is both the name of this traditional French and Swiss dish, as well as the cheese used. Raclette is melted under an electric grill and poured over baked potatoes and charcuterie. Try it at Les Fondus de La Raclette for lunch from Monday to Friday for 10€ (in the evening: 16€).
