Professional Experience
Research Scientist, Yale University Department of Psychology; Director and Founder of the Center for Enhancing Learning and Teaching and Associate Professor in the Department of Education,Tufts University; Since 2011, Dean of PCA and Adjunct Professor at Tufts University. Research interests and professional consulting include effective pedagogy, student assessment, higher education innovation and higher education quality assurance. Since 2000, actively involved in health and education projects in Sub-Saharan Africa. Author of over 50 peer-reviewed articles, chapters and books.
Teaching History: Université Paris-Descartes, Yale University, Tufts University, PCA, and numerous teacher training programs in Africa, Europe, and the United States.
