The issue of “social impact” is increasingly present in society and the economy, particularly in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship. Multinationals, startups, universities, etc., play a growing role in social change.

What about the interactions between the actors of innovation? What are the relations between “innovation ecosystems” and society? What are their contributions to social change? What is the consequence of the Covid-19 crisis? How can we analyze the links between innovation ecosystems and social impact?

Sébastien Linden is the founder of Linden & Swift, a consulting firm dedicated to the internationalization of higher education, research, and innovation.
In the field of innovation, he mainly works on higher education institutions’ strategies, the ecosystems, and the Israeli model of “Start-up Nation.”
He also shares his expertise through teaching, lectures, and organization of learning expeditions.

After studying public affairs at Sciences Po Paris and Université Paris Dauphine and the first step of his career in communication and public relations, Sébastien Linden held various positions in strategy, development, management, and international affairs at Sciences Po Paris, a world-leading University in social sciences, from 2001 to 2015.
Head of the scientific and academic cooperation department at the French Embassy in Israel from 2015 to 2019, he helped develop research cooperation and innovation projects between France and Israel and strengthen relations between both ecosystems.
