Klaus Fruchtnis discusses “New media art education in 2021: challenges and opportunities” on September 24, along with Aliya Sakhariyeva (Head of the Art&Science Center at ITMO University, Saint Petersburg, Russia), Peter Purg (Associate Professor at University of Nova Gorica School of Arts, Slovenia) and Fabricio Lamoncha Martinez (Artist, designer and researcher, University Assistant at Interface Cultures Master Program, Kunstuniversität Linz, Austria).
Pre-selected MTNM alumni represent PCA, and the jury committee selected Collin Kluchman (class of ’20). Collin Kluchman is the speaker for the September 21st, 2021 MTNM Lunch Talk.
Klaus will be talking about the importance of new media art and its rapid evolution as well as the unique challenges and opportunities that it represents for institutions and individuals working within and intersecting with this field.
The 13th edition of the Speculum Artium 2021 new-media festival will be in Slovenia.
